We want to stress that we will be enforcing comprehensive guidelines governing all aspects of the appearance of our community, and the satisfaction of out residents, just like housing covenants in other upscale neighborhoods. All the homes in Capstone will have vinyl siding and shingle roofs. Aside from the fact that these exteriors are maintenance free, their appearance holds up very well in the long run, and we want to emphasize that appearances will be a major focus in this community. We are the owner/operators, so we have a keen interest in the success of this community. We’ve seen other communities of this type elsewhere in Indiana that are very attractive, and we think Kirklin will be the site of the next successful manufactured housing development. We apologize to dog owners, but we've found that it's best fo all concerned to not allow residents to keep dogs (even indoor dogs) in this type of community.
